New Member Resources Available!
CATA’s is excited to announce two (2) new resources available to CATA members! CATA’s very own Ethnic, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee led by Committee Chair Monica Ohkubo has worked very hard to submit proposals and obtain funding to support the CATA EDI Research Grant, and the CATA Annual Symposium EDI Scholarship.
The CATA EDI Research Grant aims to provide funding for research related to the principles of equity, diversion, and inclusion as they pertain to the members of the CATA, their patient populations, and their communities. Grants may be awarded in the amount of $500 to two recipients, or $1000 to a single recipient, pending strength of the application pool.
The CATA Annual Symposium EDI Scholarship aims to provide funding for CATA members to attend the CATA Annual Symposium, who may not be able to otherwise attend without scholarship assistance. The goal of this scholarship is to facilitate professional development centered around advancing the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
